Online Coaching

Dive with me into a world of fascinating skills. In your individual calisthenics online coaching you will have a weekly updated plan. We will arrange a call, where you tell me about your goals, how often you plan to train and other personal preferences. At the end of each week I will have a look at your videos and give you feedback and your plan for the next week. If you have specific wishes feel free to share them with me. I am excited to work with you!
